Return and Exchange Policy

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

❗ Exceptions from returns:
Personalized products (photo, name, text or design) are not subject to return, except in cases of:
- damaged delivery
- wrong product
- visible error caused by us.

In such cases, Posters4You will replace the product free of charge or refund the amount.
Customers pay the transport costs for standard returns (except when the reason is our fault).
